North Carolina Procurement Academy  

The Department of Administration's Division of Purchase & Contract provides a full range of training and professional development offerings under the North Carolina Procurement Academy (NCPA).  

Offerings available include North Carolina procurement and contract management certifications, stand-alone courses, job aids, and on-demand trainings. NCPA's mission is to provide these resources at no cost, equipping learners with relevant and practical knowledge for success in public procurement and contract management.
