Toll Roads and Toll Transponders

Each driver should follow their agency policy about driving on toll roads.  Toll charges received by MFM are charged back to the driver's agency each month.  

In some areas it is difficult to avoid toll roads and for that reason Motor Fleet Management is putting a toll transponder on every fleet vehicle.  Our “Government” account with the Turn Pike Authority keeps tolls costs low. For questions about toll charges or transponders contact the MFM Accounting team.

Agencies with first responders can contact NC Quick Pass to see if you qualify for a first responder account.  The account can be set up even if the agency uses MFM vehicles or agency owned vehicles.
