2025 NC PEAK Conference

The North Carolina Procurement Excellence and Knowledge Conference (NC PEAK), sponsored by the Department of Administration’s Division of Purchase & Contract, will be held March 31 – April 1 at the McKimmon Conference & Training Center in Raleigh.

Educating, enlightening and honoring excellence is the focus of NC PEAK 2025. If you’re a state procurement professional, you definitely do not want to miss this educational opportunity and a chance to network with other professionals from state agencies, universities, community colleges, as well as local government entities and education authorities.

What to Expect

This two-day, in-person conference will feature a dynamic keynote speaker, informative general sessions, and a special roll call highlighting agencies for their extraordinary work.

The conference will include a variety of breakout sessions around seven threads: Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, Risk & Compliance Management, Operations & Systems Support, Procurement Education, Historically Underutilized Businesses, and IT Procurement.

Additionally, there will be a ceremony announcing the 2025 Gold Star Agency Award winners. The Gold Star Agency Award honors procurement professionals and their respective agencies for outstanding public procurement services in six core categories including:
