Motor Fleet Management System Access

Obtaining access to the Motor Fleet Management system

System Web Location

Log in to the MFM System at https://www.ncmotorfleetsys.com/motorfleet. (The first time you access the system, bookmark it to My Favorites to make future log in easier.)  

NCID (North Carolina Identity Management System)

You are required to be a registered NCID user to access the system. If you do not already have an NCID account, the first time you try to log into the MFM System, you will be directed to the NCID login screen. If you are a registered NCID user enter your User ID and Password.  If you are a first-time user, click on the First Time NCID User link.

Follow the instructions on the screens and register. This process will require approval by the agency NCID administrator.

After you submit your registration, an email will be forwarded to the agency NCID Administrator who will review and approve your registration. You will receive an email to notify you when the NCID Administrator processes your request.

After you are registered and approved, log back into the MFM web site at https://www.ncmotorfleetsys.com/motorfleet. Enter your NCID user ID and password, and click on the login button.
