Flag Alert: Lowering of the US and NC Flags to half-staff through sunset on July 3 in honor of the victims of the tragedy in Annapolis, Maryland

In addition to the United States flags, Governor Roy Cooper has ordered all North Carolina flags at state facilities to be lowered to half-staff until sunset on July 3, 2018, in honor of the victims of the shooting at the Capital Gazette newspaper in Annapolis, Maryland.
