Lowering U.S. and NC Flags to Half-Staff in Honor of Former Prime Minister of Japan Shinzo Abe

Governor Roy Cooper ordered all U.S. and North Carolina flags at state facilities to remain lowered to half-staff through sunset July 10, 2022 in memory of Shinzo Abe, the former prime minister of Japan, who was assassinated while giving a speech on Friday.
