Employee Resource Groups

Military Members and Veterans

DOA's Veterans' Group provides orientation assistance to military members transitioning to employment in state government. The group also promotes issues related to veterans and participates in recruiting initiatives highlight opportunities to work in DOA or other state government agencies.

Young Professionals

DOA's Emerging Professionals Resource Group helps employees with less than 15 years in state government to network, broaden skills and learn more about state government operations. The group regularly sponsors social gatherings and lunch-and-learn programs.

Employee Engagement Committee

DOA's Employee Engagement Committee plans frequent events, including employee appreciation week, DOA ACE awards, and more. The committee holds monthly meetings to plan involvement and recognition activities for employees.
