Decks 64 & 65: Use New Hang Tags Beginning 6/3/24

Beginning Monday, June 3, 2024, employees parking in Decks 64 & 65 must use their new hang tags both to enter and exit their deck. When using the new gate, drivers must remember to wait for the arm to be fully down before pulling forward to activate the sensor. 

Continue to use your assigned parking space. Dispose of your old hang tag.

Drivers who have not yet picked up their new hang tag can do so by scheduling an appointment with State Parking.

Additional Information

  1. Bring your work badge for identification when picking up your tag. Do NOT bring your current parking tag. 
  2. Continue parking in your assigned space. Your assigned parking space will not change.
  3. Watch for more announcements from your agency parking coordinator to know when the new tags become effective for your deck/lot. The new tag will be used both to enter and exit your assigned parking area.
  4. Check this website for the latest on changes to the parking system.

While there have been discussions about switching most employee decks and lots to unreserved parking, NO DECISIONS have been made.  Unreserved parking would allow the vast majority of employees to park in the space of their choice in their assigned lot; spaces would be available on a first come, first served basis.  Again, no decisions have been made on this: watch this space for more information.
